A lever lock clamp ring is a type of closure used to secure lids on open-head industrial containers, such as steel pails, drums, and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC). It provides a fast, tool-free method for creating a strong, secure, and often leak-proof seal
How they work
A lever lock clamp ring consists of a circular band with a lever mechanism.
The ring is placed over the container lid and rim. When the lever is closed, it overlaps and tightens the band completely around the lid, creating a seal.
In contrast to bolted rings, lever lock rings can be opened and closed quickly by hand.
Some models feature a long lever handle that can be secured with a wire tie or seal to prevent tampering.
