1. Polycarbonate blow-molded bottles and ordinary polyester stretch blow-molded bottles have good transparency and gloss, and are similar in appearance, but polycarbonate bottles have outstanding high temperature resistance (can withstand High temperature disinfection above 120°C), but poor barrier performance; while ordinary polyester stretch blow molding bottles have good barrier performance, but poor heat resistance (generally recommended for use at temperatures below 60°C).

2. Polyethylene packaging barrels and nylon packaging barrels, polyethylene packaging barrels have good acid and alkali resistance, but are not resistant to many organic solvents, while nylon packaging barrels are resistant to hydrocarbons and organic solvents, but have poor acid and alkali resistance (especially poor acid resistance) and so on.

3. Polyethylene bottles can contain substances such as acid and alkali, but are not suitable for containing organic solvents such as benzene and toluene (the swelling strength of polyethylene bottles is significantly reduced or the organic solvent escapes through the wall of the packaging barrel), while nylon packaging barrels are not suitable for storage. Acids and alkalis and other substances, but it is very suitable for organic solvents such as benzene and xylene.

4. Multi-layer composite packaging barrels PE/PA/PE and PE single-layer packaging barrels are almost identical in appearance. Even experts in the plastic products industry can hardly separate them from the difference in appearance, but The difference in performance between the two packaging barrels is indeed very large, especially in terms of the barrier properties of oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and organic solvents, which can differ by dozens or even hundreds of times.
