1. Before opening the paint bucket, the paint bucket should be turned upside down for one or two days, so that the sediment in the bucket can be dissolved into the paint again. At the same time, the production date of the paint should be checked and whether it has exceeded the shelf life.
2. After the paint is opened, if any paint is found, take it out, then mix the paint thoroughly and evenly, and filter it with a 120-mesh copper sieve.
3. Add appropriate diluent to adjust to the required viscosity.
4. The construction environment should be careful to prevent more water vapor, dust, direct sunlight, etc.; oil-based paint should be slightly added with some driers during winter construction.
5. The construction of nitro paint, perchlorinated vinyl paint, thermoplastic acrylic paint, and two-component steel drum special quick-drying paint should be avoided in cloudy and rainy weather with high humidity, otherwise it will simply turn white.
6. Blow the rib and head ring of the hot-rolled steel drum with compressed air before painting.
