This 5 gallon open-head metal pail is matched with a complete lever lock ring closure system, widely recognized as industrial heavy-duty metal packaging. The bucket body can be galvanized steel, tinplate or painted carbon steel; equipped with detachable disc lid + galvanized steel lever lock band & rubber gasket.
No extra tools required for opening & closing, tight airtight sealing, anti-tampering, stackable and durable. Available with UN dangerous goods certification, perfect for export chemical, paint, adhesive, lubricant, feed and raw material packaging.

1.Lever locking ring lid
.Removable heavy gauge steel lid and lever locking ring combination for both UN rated or non-UN steel pail.re-sealable
2 Lid seal
For UN rated container rubber and EPDM gaskets have good performance of air tightness and anti-solvent property,they are exclusived used for UN containers.
3.Bottom sealing

4 Handle
Steel handle with white or black plastic becket pass the test of handle strength test hanging 55kg in air for 48 hours.
