Overview

5‑25 L industrial steel pails are medium‑small‑size metal packaging containers, covering mainstream capacities: 5L, 8L, 10L, 15L, 18L, 20L and 25L. They are divided into Open‑Head Steel Pails and Tight‑Head Steel Pails. Manufactured from cold‑rolled steel plate, these pails deliver high mechanical strength, excellent drop‑resistance and stacking performance. They can be equipped with UN1A2 dangerous‑goods certification and food‑grade inner coating, suitable for liquids, pastes, greases, powders and granules. Main Structure

Pail Body: Roll‑formed steel cylinder with reinforced bead rings for improved rigidity and anti‑deformation performance. Equipped with a movable metal carrying handle for easy lifting and handling.

Lug Lid: Matching open head cover with multi‑point lug teeth around the edge, cooperating with the lock ring to achieve tight compression sealing.

Lever‑Lock Ring: Over‑lap type lock ring with lever clasp. Fasten the lever to compress the lid onto the pail flange; release the lever for quick lid removal. A gasket inside the ring enhances sealing capability.

Pail Bottom: Multi‑layer curled seam bottom (normally 7‑layer crimping), providing leak‑proof performance against liquid leakage.
