1. Product Overview

Metal pails with clamping ring lids (also known as lock-ring metal drums / lever-lock pails) are widely used industrial packaging containers, commonly made of galvanized steel, tinplate or stainless steel. The clamping ring (band clamp) together with a rubber gasket seals the lid tightly onto the pail body.

Main Structure
1. Pail body: Deep drawn metal cylinder; available in capacities such as 5L, 10L, 15 L, 18 L, 20L,25L. Surface can be painted, galvanized or food-grade coated.
2. Clamping ring (lock ring): A metal hoop with a quick-release lever. Fastening the lever compresses the gasket between lid and rim.
3. Lid: Full opening cover, easy to take out contents or clean the interior.
4. Sealing gasket: Usually rubber or EPDM, provides liquid-tight and airtight sealing performance.
5. Handle: Wire or plastic grip for manual carrying.
