This 18L round tinplate paint bucket is a classic industrial metal packaging container, equipped with a crimp lid (rolled-seam lid). It is widely adopted for packaging paints, coatings, solvents, resins, adhesives and other liquid chemical products, delivering stable sealing performance for bulk storage and export transportation.

Key Features

Crimp Rolled-Seam Lid Structure The lid is permanently sealed by double crimping process after filling, forming an integral airtight seam. It provides excellent resistance against leakage, evaporation and contamination. This is the standard tight-head design for paint and solvent packaging. Special can opener is required for opening after crimping.

High-Quality Tinplate Material Fabricated from premium tinplate with customizable thickness (0.28–0.40 mm). The barrel body is reinforced with annular ribs to improve stacking strength and anti-deformation performance. Inner lining can be selected: plain tin, gold epoxy lining or BPA-free lining, compatible with oil-based paint, water-based coatings and different chemical solvents. Outer surface can be white, plain metal or customized CMYK printing & branding.

18L Standard Nominal Capacity Standard 18-liter specification, with matched metal wire handle (plastic grip optional) for easy carrying. Uniform dimension is suitable for pallet loading, container stuffing and automated filling lines. It can be stacked neatly in warehouses to save storage space.
