Quality inspection of iron barrels
Appearance inspection
Inspect the appearance quality of metal pails, including the roundness, diameter accuracy, surface flatness, weld quality, coating quality, etc. of the barrel body. The appearance should be free of obvious defects, smooth surface, no burrs, no bubbles, no sagging, etc.
Dimension inspection

Sealing inspection
The sealing inspection of metal pail is generally carried out by water pressure test or air pressure test. Fill the iron barrel with water or gas, then apply a certain pressure to observe whether the iron barrel leaks. The sealing should be good and there is no leakage.
Strength inspection
The strength inspection of iron barrels is generally carried out by pressure test. Place the iron barrel on the pressure testing machine, gradually apply pressure, and observe whether the iron barrel is deformed or cracked. The strength should meet the design requirements and be able to withstand a certain pressure.
